At June 2008, I follow motivation training with all of my friend in faculty. The topic of this training is 'to make synergy for all employee' in facing the future. I was very attracted with the questioner about 'why you need for contribute something in this faculty' Most of us said that 'we need of achievement'. It means that all person that work ini faculty....work for achievement...to get more high target than before. Very suprisingly...because if we work at this organization, we need to be more dynamic from day to day. We all wok with target in the future. One thing that's we have to remember, we need 'internal driven' strongly...we have to 'charge' it every we exhausted
